In this class the practices of ahimsa (non-violent action) and supportive yogic lifestyle are explored.. Just as our state of mind affects our emotions and body sphere; how we live our life also has a bearing on our ‘peace of mind’.

Making conscious choices within lifestyle, can really improve the quality of one’s ‘state of being’, and capacity to deepen one’s  awareness in life, growing our skills in internal embodiment (internal reflection).
